Relive the past with discovering this unique hiking trail in the Dalmatian karst. Our tour features a visit to the abandoned village of Nakovana beneath beautiful mountain of St. Elijah.

Located on stunning Pelješac peninsula, famous for its vineyards, mountain of St. Elijah stands at an altitude of 961 meters. It offers numerous natural trails in the Dalmatian karst providing unique walking tours.

Our hiking tour begins from the village of Orebić through the abandoned village of Nakovana. Proceeding to the top of the mountain path, we will find ourselves at a mountain hut 660 meters above sea level, which is ideal for a short break.

Unique views over Orebić, the island of Korčula with its old town and the village of Duba will open up as we climb to the peak of St. Elijah. These sights will stay in your memory forever. But we’ll take a break so you can capture all the beauties with your camera, and then we will return to Orebić.
